Antibac 2K® is a water-based antimicrobial and malodour removal formulation derived from botanical extracts. This powerful and terminal formulation has a broad spectrum of antimicrobial efficacy eliminating Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, fungi and enveloped viruses as well as nuisance odour. The formulation was thus named 'Antibac 2K®' which is the acronym for anti-bacteria that has the 2 key functions (anti-microbial & malodour encapsulating properties) and '2K' also for the millennium.

Encapsulation kills bacteria and viruses by surrounding their membrane, interrupting their food supply chains and leading them to death through starvation. This unique mode of action has demonstrated efficacy in eliminating 99.999% of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, fungi, moulds and enveloped viruses.

Malodour Elimination
Antibac 2K® uses 21st century encapsulation technology to demonstrate full-strength malodour elimination.
The conventional approach to malodour removal is masking the odour with chemicals or fragrances. This does not address the root cause of the problem.
Antibac 2K® contains a highly selective odour eliminator that encapsulates and permanently removes maldour molecules. It is extremely powerful in removing different kinds of malodours and toxic substances:

| Most malodour molecules contain chemically reactive functional groups e.g. amines (like nicotine in cigarette smoke), thio compounds (allicin in garlic and onions) or acids (isovaleric acid in human sweat) that lead to odour-active gaseous materials. Easily reactivated by water or humidity, the odour eliminator in Antibac 2K® selectively binds these entities to prevent the release of gaseous materials. By doing this, it also enhances the release of aroma scents. |
